A project in the works since May, we've finally put out recordings of our new alternative musical project, The Tang. 

This EP is comprised of 6 tracks that encompass our general style of music influenced by singer songwriters like Mac DeMarco, power pop bands like Big Star and anything in between. 

These tracks were recorded over 3 days with a scarlett 18i20 audio interface, a macbook with garageband installed, a couple shure instrumental dynamic mics and an audio technica condenser mic along with the use of decade old amplifiers and copious numbers of bedsheets and blankets.

For better or worse this is as much of a garage sounding musical project as we can possibly get and I hope you enjoy the authenticity and the passionate joy we've put into bringing our song and music into a digital format. Deep Space Nine

This is a live recording from the set we played at the Junction City Music Hall in Toronto, Canada back on August 18th, 2018. Since we put out a live album last year from our set at The Piston we felt like it'd be fun to do the same again this year especially since our plans for our upcoming LP which we're currently calling "Now Is The Time" is taking more time then we expected but for many good reasons. We've been improving and re-working our recording process a lot and I think you all will really enjoy what we have in store for you very soon once we're at least done mastering a couple singles to tease you until the LP is finished sometime in 2019.

We previously played the songs Daniel and Outside Looking In for the first time at Duffy's Tavern opening for our Montreal friends Ostrich Bouquet and in this set we showed off two more new tracks in Yachty and The Kid which will hopefully give you a good idea to what we're trying for with our new project. We hope you guys enjoy our new material and hope you will continue to support us as we reach for higher highs in our quest to make fun pop music!
