Grief comes with so much more than just 'grief' for the person, it weighs heavy on relationships and I found it all too much, and I learn that I don't need to tend to those relationships right now. I need to tend to the one I just lost, to my heart and survival, and with this realisation  came a depth of self love I have never known before. I
