I really love Ellie Goulding and this song is another masterpiece  from this great singer. I know my voice would never be better than Ellie's Voice, but i like this song and i wanted to make a more personal version of this big hit ;)

There’s a new popstar in town and her name is Amelia Payne.

A 19-year-old Bajan native living in London, Payne’s debut single ‘Down’ is a powerful, vivid masterpiece laced with Caribbean undertones and an alluringly dark sound. Exploding with an unshakably almighty chorus and driven by a compelling, hypnotic tone, it’s an ambitious statement of intent that puts Amelia on a clear path to becoming pop’s next frontrunner.

Produced in London by Simon Brown, the track was written by Payne herself; coming as the golden product of a dedication to songwriting since she was a mere 14-years-old.

Born in Barbados, Payne and her family then moved to Miami where she would spend the next 8 years before returning to her birthplace. Singing, dancing and acting from as early as 7-years-old, it became obvious that singing was Amelia’s passion; she sung all the time and even got in trouble for singing out loud in class. Once back in Barbados Amelia started vocal training and began taking her craft seriously. Remarkably Amelia recorded her first track at just 13-years-of-age, and those early glimpses of Amelia’s talent lead to spots on Bajan TV and radio.
 Having honed her songwriting ability throughout her teenage years, Amelia’s pathway has been set in stone from an early age. The UK would eventually make its mark on Amelia when she moved to London in order to attend college. Payne brought her raw, prodigious talent with her. 

Now based in London full time, Amelia has been writing and producing her forthcoming EP. Lead by ‘Down’, it signals the time for Amelia to break through and, in turn, make her mark on the UK, a country whose diverse music scene has captivated her for the past 3 years. 

Whilst her virtuoso talent may set her apart, it’s Amelia’s incredible knack for big catchy pop hooks, her immaculate delivery and the dependable confidence in both that marks her out as pop’s new game changer.

Theia’s new single 'Treat You’ is an upbeat, feelgood tune that’s guaranteed to fill up the dance floor.

Building on her two previous singles, the smash hit ‘Roam’ and the soaring anthem 'Champagne Supernova'; ’Treat You’ shines a light on Theia’s knack for writing killer hooks, catchy choruses and pairing them with dreamy, euphoric layers of harmony and instrumentation.

“I saw ‘Treat You’ as a chance to show another side to me as an artist. I wanted it to have a different feel to my two previous singles, ‘Roam’ and ‘Champagne Supernova’. I also wanted it to be a fun, upbeat track that you could really move to, while still keeping the dreamy, ethereal vibe that runs throughout a lot of my music,” says Theia.

“The song evolved over two sessions in the studio, starting with the main melodic hooks and then building from there.”
