This song is suspected to be about a girl unable to handle and comprehend a loving relationship after leaving an abusive one.

It comes to the point where she starts to self harm, and at the end of the song, she commits suicide. You can see what she enjoys the happiness that her new boyfriend is giving her, but she is getting anxious because she believes that she needs to be abused (or that is what I think).
