● LATIGAZO Vol. 1 is the first release of a compilation series that seeks to show the musical vision of Latigazo and celebrate the emerging club scene in Tijuana. 

This first edition brought together 6 artists from Tijuana who, as the only creative requirement, were asked to share a small selection of samples to form a sample pack that would serve as source material for the creation of these tracks and as a representation of the amalgamation of sounds happening in the border city.

Con un enfoque intuitivo y experimental, su música busca conectar su fundación latina con el caos e hyper multiplicidad del presente arrollador. 
bouncy sentimiento hace bailar samples de percusión árabe, cueca chilena, cumbia y funk brasilero usando procedimientos sacados del IDM, creando un puente entre muchos mundos.

✶ @ruminaa - Paths and Patches [OMB012] "Paths and Patches" delves into mysticism and rituals, blending dark, percussive electronic soundscapes with echoes of ancestral traditions. The album includes 4 original tracks by Rumina & remixes by WRACK, Wanton Witch & B E N N. 

✶ Rumina is a DJ, artist, and producer from Malmö, Sweden. Since 2018, she has been an integral part of the dynamic music and studio collective FNGRLCKN. She has been a resident at Retreat Radio since 2019, where she hosts her monthly program Rattle. Rumina draws inspiration from an eclectic mix of genres and influences, such as deconstructed club, folk, punk, and dembow, constantly pushing the boundaries of her sound.
