Dao stands for the ancient Chinese word, "The Way." It also represents the ability to connect the line among all things. Iman Deeper's second artist album is a journey into the vibes of deep, melodic techno - with orchestral elements, adventurous scenery, and otherworldly pads and sound design, allowing for an immersive experience where you get the opportunity to connect to your highest, expanded states of being.

Every track wears a euphoric aura that captures the mind and carries you to the dance floor.

Iman's music pulls listeners - with that attractive structure and cinematic drama - into a different dimension. He is best-known for his melodic, progressive house and techno productions in the last 12 years.

With his new album, "Dao Of The Day," he has stepped out of his comfort zone and explored orchestration and textures where he has combined predictable beats, deep-driving basslines, vocals that are mystical, synth playfulness, and emotional touch - where the sound takes you to a new era. There are revelations to be found on this release, including enlightening truths about Earth's future, as well as space-exploration with the help of other galactic species.

For this week in our Sunday Spice ritual we make an edit of the recent masterpiece soundtracks by Hans Zimmer for the Sci-Fi movie DUNE 2021! The otherworldly and incredible sounds made by Hans Zimmer and his team is a unique recording, walls of sound and and deep mix of different instruments brings you right to planet Arakis! 
I limit myself and prepare a basic in a few hours and then perform it for you, and then i will get it totally arranged and polished for the next weeks to share with my fans and specially Djs to play it around and surprise their listeners.

Just like you all the fans of this style like, using the Ableton live as the main Daw and multitracking , Macshine Mk3 for groove magic, Prophet Rev2 Module as the main Arp , Behringer TD-3 taking care of the bassline , Moog Sub37 for cosmic leads and the Moog Minitaur for kinda FX. 

Two of the cameras are webcam and switching using scene Automatic switcher and the third camera is the iPhone 13 Pro in cinematic mode running on gimbal in my lovely friend’s hand.

We use multitrack recording to record both audio and midi so we can give shape and edit everything later and after arrangement and mix-down , we will arrive to a release ready Melodic Techno & House banger! 

Iman Deeper is passionate about sharing his very own method of creating music, teaching without a word! In this video he uses instruments like Moog Subsequent 37, Prophet Rev2, Moog Minitaur, Behringer TD-3, Roland FP10 and his own collection of one shot percussion and drum samples and creates a raw idea and atmosphere in a live take in front of the camera!

Iman Deeper is a Berlin-based DJ and producer whose passion for house music was born on the bustling streets of Tehran. He honed his craft in Rome before settling in the German capital, where he has become a fixture of the underground music scene.

Over the past 12 years, Iman has played at some of Berlin's most iconic venues, including Sisyphos, Ritter Butzke, and Arena. He has also held residencies at Club R19, AVA, and Urban Spree, among others. His live performances and DJ sets have been featured at a variety of events and festivals, including Feel Festival and Monis Rache Festival, Camp Tipsy and more.

Iman's talent as a composer is evident in his work for high-profile clients such as Audi Deutschland, Vice Magazine, and Decompose Magazine. His passion for creating otherworldly soundscapes has also led him to explore TV and game compositions, where his cinematic style shines through. His ability to blend his experience in these areas makes for a unique and captivating musical experience that transports listeners to new dimensions.

In addition to his live performances and compositions, Iman hosts a radio show on Kittikun Minimal Techno Shoutcast. His 99 episodes are available for download on SoundCloud and showcase his impeccable taste in music.

2021 marks a new chapter for Iman, as he launches his own record label, Deed Music. The imprint will feature both his own work and that of talented up-and-coming artists across a range of electronic genres.

Iman Deeper's love for house music and techno is evident in every aspect of his work, from his live performances to his compositions and radio shows. With a decade of experience behind him and a bright future ahead, he is a must-see for anyone who loves electronic music.
