Progetto radiofonico curato da Future Me rec, nato un anno fa, passando da un emittente locale italiana per poi giungere alla pluri affermata radio di Tiblisi "Mutant Radio"
Nasce dall'esigenza di connettere le nuove realtà della scena elettronica provenienti da tutto il mondo per approfondire gli stili delle subculture non mainstream, e dare voce a nuovi talenti locali e esteri.
Grazie al successo che ha generato è poi nata la necessità di portare ancora più in alto la sua missione, affiancando ad essa un progetto discografico
DAAF trax diventa il network per questi artisti apparsi in radio e non; ha dato la possibilità di mostrare anche le loro skills a livello di produzione, assemblando cosi un iconico V/A che racchiude potenti tool per djs rappresentanti i generi d'avanguardia che la label vuole approfondire, immediatamente apprezzato dai seguaci di FU.ME e dagli appassionati

Immersione Records dives deeper into the abyss with its fourth Various Artists compilation named after the mythical sea creature Leviathan [IMS004].
This time it goes back to the roots of electronic dancefloor music, with a purely Techno compilation! Leviathan is featuring a well-defined genre line: the solid groove of Sola Contagio, a project by Mark Morris (released on labels such as CLR and Naked lunch); Dylan C, straight from Austin, TX, wraps our ears in the depths of Slime Dog, while L.A. Squad recollects techno memories while jamming with machines at Link club in Bologna. Ucci, the in-house master producer of Immersione and Link Academy, moves the dancefloor with his technique, quality and above all uniqueness in the genre, while SAP and Francesco Argentieri will smash the sound systems of your city with a great deal of kicks and basslines. Twovi and Cixxx J, give us two pearls for the conclusion of Leviathan: on one side we got the Sound Department resident, engineer and producer, while on the other we got the second master of Immersione, playing an active role in the electronic music scenes of Bologna and Milan. Immersione Records presents its fifth various artists compilation, 'Immersione VA005', another sonic expedition that delves deep into minimalist territories while seamlessly blending diverse musical influences into a techno-oriented journey.
The compilation's compositional approach revolves around the concept of perpetual transformation, where sonic textures gradually evolve through an intricate interplay of tension and release, engaging the body and the mind in an immersive experience.
Despite their distinct characteristics, the tracks maintain a cohesive flow, opening with crew member KRV's deep and minimalist explorations that set the perfect tone for what follows. SAP, fresh from their recent "Exhile" release on Leviathan, returns with an intense, character-driven piece that channels nostalgic echoes of past decades.
The Immersione household presents itself in a deconstructed formation: Rafal S, Cixxx J, CNC, and Ucci each deliver individual interpretations spanning UK-influenced electronics, bass music, and techno. The compilation welcomes newcomers HLRTY, ETN ETN, and Marthial, who traverse territories from rapid breakbeats to Detroit-influenced 4/4 rhythms with sharp, penetrating precision
Label mainstay Helsmoortel makes his third appearance on the imprint with "mFunk", a pure, robust electro cut featuring fractured drums, thick basslines, vocoder elements, and engaging synthesizer work. This track organically concludes the compilation, finally reaching the metaphorical depth of 36,000 feet.
'Immersione VA005' is more than just a collection of tracks – it's a meditation on the interconnectivity of sonic art forms and an invitation to explore music not merely as entertainment, but as a transformative journey into the depths of electronic sound.
