Nasce dall'esigenza di connettere le nuove realtà della scena elettronica provenienti da tutto il mondo per approfondire gli stili delle subculture non mainstream, e dare voce a nuovi talenti locali e esteri.
Grazie al successo che ha generato è poi nata la necessità di portare ancora più in alto la sua missione, affiancando ad essa un progetto discografico
DAAF trax diventa il network per questi artisti apparsi in radio e non; ha dato la possibilità di mostrare anche le loro skills a livello di produzione, assemblando cosi un iconico V/A che racchiude potenti tool per djs rappresentanti i generi d'avanguardia che la label vuole approfondire, immediatamente apprezzato dai seguaci di FU.ME e dagli appassionati

Our latest release sees prolific Bristol-based producer Ben Pest step up to the plate with his quaking 'Come To The Yard' EP.

It's high energy from the get-go as the commanding title track takes hold, followed by the fizzing electro, breakbeats and robotic vocal fragments of 'Experting Computers' . On the dark and rugged 'Erase Me', arresting analogue textures coalesce around an absolutely jacking rhythm as the track pounds its way to the centre of the dancefloor. Ben closes out the EP with the machine funk of 'Think Again', an old school acid house-flavoured cut that grooves along with attitude and an infectious 303 bassline.

TL PREMIERE : Ben Pest - Come To The Yard [Co-Accused Records]

A versatile approach characterises Manuela Mannarini AKA Yas Reven’s ‘HARD20’, her debut release dropping on DJ Cosworth’s Bristol-based Hardline label. It draws on bass, techno, and club around the 140bpm template, coming with a hefty dose of infectious energy and creative rhythms. As a DJ, the Milan-based artist is well established in her homeland, having played all over Italy, including a Boiler Room session at Polifonic Festival last summer. “For my debut release, I began the project thinking that I didn't want to focus on a specific genre, but rather, I wanted to experiment with various genres with extreme freedom and without limitations. The project indeed, consisting of three different tunes, represents a sonic adventure encompassing diverse paths fueled by passion and born out of the necessity to make the body move.” - Yas Reven The rubbery and elastic grooves of ‘WHoO-Oo!’ in Yas Reven’s ‘HARD20’ bounce up and down as light vocal chops keep up the energy. Following suit, the Dublin-based Dylan Fogarty skillfully flips the track into a straight-up techno pumper with warm, forceful kicks and insistent synth stabs to take things to the next level. The compelling broken beats of Yas Reven’s ‘Sensible Shoes’, marked by its vast hits and supersized drums, keep things moving via warped vocal bass and string-like stabs. Closing out the EP, the innovative rhythms of ‘Little Breake’ then has its percussion scattered around a booming kick, making for a dynamic and unpredictable groove that is sure to work the floor into a frenzy.

Premier single de notre prochain album à paraître chez Human Disease Network, “NRJ du Désespoir”  annonce un virage radical par rapport à nos précédentes sorties, avec des synthétiseurs agressifs, des rythmes complexes et un soin particulier apporté au sound design.
Le morceau évoque l’ambiance racoleuse des émissions tardives de radios grand public où se succédaient canulars téléphoniques, derniers potins de stars et les hits du moment.
Ces références sont samplées et concassées jusqu’à l’abstraction dans un amalgame de sons empruntés à diverses esthétiques : breakbeat, trance, acid, garage et bass - des échos des années 2000 résonnant dans une ère futuriste et plurielle.

Pour le remix : On voulait que ce track soir remixé par Yssue, artiste russe installé à Paris qui nous a littéralement sidéré avec son album How To Survive a Bad Trip sorti l’an dernier chez Global Warming Records. L’accent est mis sur les samples de voix abstraits tirés de jingles radios et entraîne le morceau vers un territoire club avec une inventivité incontrôlable.

DJ & Producer, VAAL officially dives into the scene in 2015 with a 100% analog live performance at the OFF Nuits Sonores event. At that time, he worked alongside his "evil twin" Noé Dijoud under the name VLB. Together, they played at numerous clubs and festivals, both live and DJ sets.

2022 marks the beginning of a solo project where VAAL explores the more intricate realms of Ghetto House, Ghetto Tech, Techno, Acid, and Tribal, while also incorporating House and Tech-House. His bold aesthetic is shaped by over 10 years of digging and experiences with others in the scene.
