Dr.Gurnam Singh, is the youngest son of renowned Shiromani ragi Bhai Uttam Singh. Dr Singh, born into a family of famous Kirtankars, was introduced to kirtan at an early age by his father. Later, he studied kirtan under the famous Professor Tara Singh of Patiala. Gurnam Singh Ji has written numerous books and edited some of the books written by Prof. Tara Singh ji. In addition he has an album to his credit in which he has sung shabads in the various raags mentioned in the Guru Granth Sahib.

Playlist 4: This is the Katha (exegesis) of Our Living Guru, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji done by Path Rattan Vidya Martand Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale. This will be the 1st playlist where the Katha would cover rom Ang 1001 till 1430. We have named the tracks with the first stanza of the first and last Shabad (hymn) of each Ang for the ease of referencing along with the Ang number. Places where Sant Ji mentions of an Uthanka (prologue) has been also mentioned as, 'Uthaanka'. This is one of the most detailed Katha ever recorded in history as it spans over 600 hours of playtime. Sant Ji dedicated his whole life in this mission and completed this Katha 26 times during his life span.

Immortal Productions provides a platform for people of different backgrounds to utilise their skills for the production of Sikh related educational media. All members of IP work on the projects on a seva (selfless service) basis in their spare time. The IP team consists of various skilled people such as musicians, producers, singers, writers, designers, translators, historians, distributors... Our emphasis is on the propagation of Sikh values through engaging media, such as music, which will connect with people that would not necessarily be able to connect or understand traditional methods of Sikh teaching. We do not aim to replace any Sikh musical tradition but hope listening to the albums will provide a stepping stone to understanding Sikh values to those people that are feeling disenfranchised with society.
