"Make Up Love" is the second single release of IMMY's upcoming album "Paris". Immy worked with artist such as Manu Dibango, Carlprit, Loomis Green, Brenda Boykin, Metaphysics (Söhne Mannheims), Curt Jones (AURRA) and Loomyloo (Loomis Green).

Heavy Hearted

IMMY is originally from Wuppertal, Germany and comes from a musical family. Starting singing from a very young age, on to her first bands in high school, to her first professional CD recording at age 12 as part of the official 2004 Olympic Games Eurosport compilation CD where she sang her own version of "Hero" by Mariah Carey. She was the lead singer in various Funk/Soul cover bands, Imke has experimented with almost every genre of music to find her own direction. Immy released collaborations with sax player Manu Dibango, Marc Kiss, Carlprit, Metaphysics (Söhne Mannheims), Loomis Green (Florida), Mental Madness Records Germany, KMX Sounds, Ministerium Music and others. In 2007 she started her own project, Imke Funk & Band, playing her own version of Neo Soul/Funk/Pop music with German lyrics. In 2010 she started her own music project in Paris together with French musicians, the project IMMITY. She released the album "Now It's Time" and played shows in France (Le Petit Journal - Montparnasse, China Club etc.). The music was a fusion of Jazz, Fusion, Afro Funk and Pop music. In 2017 she started her solo project IMMY with the release of the single and video of  "HEAVY HEARTED" and the EP "Paris".  She is currently working with musician and arranger Alexander Batte on her new album. To be released in 2023. Immy also writes actively songs for other artists.
