This song was recorded and created in a very short amount of time and I had great fun working with my friend Arash on this project.
Arash plays classical guitar and I make electronic music, we admire each other for what we do so we decided to bring together these two worlds that don't often meet each other and see what's happening.
Out of this came this track, full of gloom and sadness and It made me think early in the working process about Christopher Nolan's Interstellar and all these space related movies so I decided to include some dialogue of Interstellar to reinforce the emotion of the track.
Intentionally, this track sums up a story that you can further understand with the music video on youtube but there's also a deeper meaning behind it which can apply to all of us, let's see if you find it ;) 
So here's the track, we're very proud of it and hope you will all enjoy listening it as much as we enjoyed creating it!

I've been a huge fan of Quix for years, it started the day I listened to House party and Supernatural years ago so I was really excited when I saw this splice contest ! I decided to really keep the original soul and core of the original while making it different and interesting, this was a tough month but this contest has made me surpass and improve so I really would like to thank Quix, JBL and Dim Mak for all of this !

If you follow me on social medias, you've seen that I've been working on this during more than one month and that due to CPU issues I spent an extra month to find the right balance in the mix to make the song and enjoyable as clear as possible.
It was a real pain in the ass but now I think it's safe to say that it's my most complex and time consuming track I've ever done and I'm so proud for reaching this level of music production and story telling.
