Son of a former voice impressionist, “Not Chris Rock” perfected and refined his craft since his early beginnings in Cleveland, Ohio. As Chris Rock gained notoriety in the early 90s’, so did the link between Chris Rock’s voice, and “Not Chris Rock’s” natural speaking voice. NCR first noticed how uncanny his voice was to the actual Chris Rock one night in a loud night club. While trying to talk to girl over the loud music, the woman he was pursuing began to laugh hysterically.

When asking her what was so funny, she replied… “Did you know you sound just like Chris Rock”? Since that night, NCR has perfected his pre-existing voice and made it his livelihood.

NCR started as a celebrity voice impressionist initially for local recording artists in Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago, as well as local DJs’. As word spread to various entertainment circles, his voice made its way online, and then eventually to advertising agencies, and finally to Hollywood. You have heard NCR in various radio markets worldwide, commercials on local and cable television, and numerous podcasts, Internet shows, and YouTube videos.

Unlike most voice impressionists that do a number of voices that range from good to mediocre, NCR has indeed perfected his Chris Rock voice impersonation so much, that its the only voice he does effortlessly.

NCR continues to work with customers, studios and companies all over the world that are looking for a familiar and ear-grabbing voice to represent their brands. NCR currently lives in a Central Texas.
