This is a song written and composed by your's truly. 

Nasadiya is a word used in the Hindu book "The Rig Veda" to describe the state of the Universe before creation itself.

The lyrics are as follows --

Before there was A before
or there was AN after
Nothing did not exist then
Nor did something either

that which animates all creation

Nasadiya

Being a Rock musician with roots in Heavy Metal, I wanted to create a metal track with influences of Indian Classical Music that I have been learning for the past 5 years.. So along with bass player Sae Bom Park, & Aditya Darnal on drums, we created this improvised track.. 

It is an instrumental in Raga Todi with a heavy metal sound, including blast beat drummings.. I performed different versions of it various times with different line-ups.. But for the final production I chose the Power Trio format with only those musicians whom I was completely sure they could nail it.. 

It was recorded in May this year at Matrix Sound Lab, Darjeeling..
