Oh dear it's all gone a bit pear shaped .Our hero has festered his broken heart in a dark cupboard and the results appear bleak...queue consoling chorus with heaps of reverb.The rhythm of this track is defined by a loud drip on the window sill during a wild and windy storm in the hills of Kerry.It's metronome is not exact so the bass fluctuates accordingly to stay in time it gives a slightly blurry/nauseous(?) effect. The vocals were recorded in the small downstairs toilet, I felt it gave the sound a claustrophic effect.

Can i get a one two,then i'll lace up my shoe,
I'll be ducking and a diving round the streets and staying well out of view.
Crossing over and back theres no sense to this map.
Stay away from all the old folk and the sick i'm ziggy zagging on track.
And when i get to my yard it aint gonna be hard. Gonna get up in that lockdown, put my feet up maybe internet chat.
Yeah we'll natter through the night, maybe Whassap maybe Skype, allo mammy daddy Jamie Duncan Natts i hope you're feeling alright.
So the lockdown carries on, looking back i could be wrong, its not easy as i thought looks like i'm gonna need some tricks to stay strong.
The scenarios are vast, how long will the lockdown last...soon i might be asking statues from the shelf to share a deep soapy bath.
And i might fall flat, smoke the crack, eat the cat, might forget my name and number end up naked hoping pigeons attack
Covid 19 is a pain, yes the lockdown is a shame sending out a massive thankyou to the working people braving contact.
