The vibrations of sound play a powerful role in emotional and physical wellbeing. Stuck and/or trapped emotions held within can result in disharmony. Idleness perpetuates repetitive outcomes. It is through music, there is movement, stagnant energy within has the potential to shift, emotions can be unlocked and changed, releasing tension, easing pain, and instigating joy. When I was a kid, I used to wake up with ink stains on my shirt from falling asleep writing so much poetry. Often I wouldn't know what exactly I would even be writing about until I felt like a piece was complete, and only after I read it all the way through did I know what I was trying to express.

I wasn't quite sure what Left of Exile meant to me at first, but looking back now I can tell it's about the story of how I've overcome loneliness and isolation in my life. I look back on these mixes and remember what was happening in the world at that time, as well as whatever I happen to be going through both good and bad.

I hope this marks a time in your life as well. I'm appreciative of going on this journey with you. Thank you for going on it with me 🙏🏽
