For our first free download of the year we welcome Adam Sellouk to the series for his first appearance. Hailing from Israel, Adam Sellouk first emerged in 2021 with a contribution to Steyoyoke’s Paradigm collection. Immediately recognized for his astral sound, Adam quickly caught the attention of world class DJ Miss Monique, who signed him to her Siona Records imprint for a two-track showcase later that same year. 2022 would see further successes for Adam, with Nora En Pure’s Purified imprint being the landing spot for ‘Mirage’, a well received production which saw play from Agents of Time, Innellea, Kevin de Vries and Mathame. Also an accomplished DJ, Adam has been a fixture of his country’s nightlife of late, programming music for some of Tel Aviv’s trendiest venues. A recent highlight of Adam’s sets has been his much requested rendition of Empire of the Sun’s ‘We Are The People’. As the second single from the band’s debut album ‘Walking on a Dream’, the track would go on to achieve critical and commercial success, ultimately peaking at #1 in Germany by the end of 2010. With Adam’s take on the track already receiving considerable play from Kevin de Vries and Konstantin Sibold, we’re pleased to offer it as an exclusive free download. Enjoy.

The latest installment of our free download series welcomes Onurcan Kaya with his take on ‘Massive’ by Drake. The Turkish artist first emerged in 2021 with a release via 4or Records, a release which would make him a name to watch in the world of melodic house and techno. The next two calendar years would see Onurcan add Astral Records, Melodic Room and VTOPIΛ to his resume, in turn earning support from Fideles, Kevin de Vries, Øostil and Tale Of Us, among others. Also an accomplished DJ, Onurcan has been a fixture of his country’s nightlife of late, programming music for some of Turkey’s trendiest venues. A recent highlight of Onurcan’s sets has been his much requested rendition of Drake’s ‘Massive’. Melodic house and techno tastemakers Agents of Time, Innellea, Kevin de Vries and Mathame were the first to chime in with support, as subsequent releases via Eleatics, Purified and UPPERGROUND followed across the next two calendar years. Seemingly in constant motion ever since, 2024 has proved to be a breakout year for Adam, adding Afterlife, Stimulate and Tomorrowland to his release resume, as well as touring the world showcasing his impeccable taste and exquisite programming skills. Meanwhile, fellow countryman and Tale of Us favourite YLM arrives fresh off a contribution to ERRROR’s ‘WRRONG TRACKS’ collection from July. With past reworks of Empire Of The Sun, Skrillex, Fred again.. & Flowdan, Adam now teams up with YLM to put their magical production touch on Post Malone’s ‘Hollywood Bleeding’. Nikko.Z's Dopamine White opens the summer season by welcoming Gibsom to the label for his debut EP. Hailing from France but now calling Canada home, Gibsom first emerged in 2020 with a deep melodic sound which found a home on Chrom Recordings and Hover Mind. Immediately touted as a newcomer to watch, Gibsom would continue to work on his craft, in turn developing a more progressive approach to production, a new found sound which quickly found a home on Modern Agenda, Polyptych and Uxoa Dutxa Elite, amongst others. Also an accomplished DJ, the Montreal resident has been a fixture of the city's nightlife in recent years, taking his impeccable taste and smooth programming skills to the many of its trendiest venues in Birra & Basta and Le Salon Rouge. With 2025 already yielding a well-received return to Polyptych's Noir division, Gibsom now adds Dopamine White to his resume with ‘Mad Hatter'.

Spread across two tracks it is the title selection which gets the EP underway. Its deep drive is anchored by strong kick drums, wispy atmospherics and percussive flashes, tastefully building to a wild-eyed intensity of astral effects and soaring synth flares. With an emotive spirit, Gibsom pulls from his expansive repertoire as the main break takes shape, infusing shimmering synths, hopeful pads and luminous tones with a gentle vortex of noise; resulting in what is sure to be a memorable dancefloor moment, as the beats drop for a resounding finale.

The companion piece ‘Purple Cheshire' follows and is an apt barometer of where Gibsom's headspace is at, as he lets punchy beats lay the foundation for flickering percussion, flashing synth mutations and sweeping effects to create a darker monochrome. Energies shift and tension rises, bringing depth and space across a dramatic break, before getting washed away in waves of noise for a thrilling conclusion that's perfectly dialled for peaktime play.

Dopamine White proudly presents Emptiness, the debut EP from Ringberg, enriched by two evocative remixes from Following Light and Geerk.

Ringberg is a noted producer and remixer operating within the realms of progressive house, deep house, and melodic techno. Also known for hosting the weekly Nordic Vibes radio show on DNA Radio FM, he brings a refined Nordic sensibility and a storytelling mindset into every production.

The centerpiece of the EP, Emptiness, unfolds with a deeply melodic and atmospheric aura. Towering basslines pulse beneath expansive pads, guiding listeners on a journey of reflection and cinematic space—an immersive experience that balances introspective touch with rhythmic flow.

Following Light's remix turns the piece into a hypnotic voyage, subtly recontextualizing the original with evolving grooves and nuanced harmonics—amplifying its meditative quality. Geerk, on the other hand, offers a textured and emotionally resonant reinterpretation; cinematic layers and delicate melodic flourishes enrich the track's atmospheric heart, resulting in a profound and affecting reinvention.

Together, these three versions form a cohesive release that accentuates Dopamine White's commitment to emotionally charged and forward-thinking progressive sounds.

Ringberg - Emptiness (Following Light Remix) [Dopamine White]

It took us quite a long time to get this project going, mostly because of me not co-operating as I should… But when I finally did, and we had an ever growing list of remixers, it became obvious that we were missing something pretty crucial – a Progressive Psytrance remix ( …yeah the one with the running bassline and Psy sounds ). You know - basically the main genre which most of the Trance events are built around. After realizing this, it was the time to take action and all of a sudden I recalled that Andreas and I have met recently on a mutual Brazil tour and I was immensely impressed by his own version of non compromising gritty ballsy Psy, while Emok had the same name on his mind on the other side of the Skype conversation… The collaboration with Yotopia came to mind immediately as an ultimate track for him to remix. Boom!
