this was currently written but relating to a couple years back when i was literally stuck and as the lyrics go.. literally just wanting to check out the day..and how depressed and unwell i had gotten.i am talking/singing/whatever as to myself and the battle my head and its emotional well being  VS my body and the physical abuse and damage its taking.
