Japji Sahib English explanation / katha of 38th Pauri.

This recording focuses on the 38th Pauri of Sri Japji Sahib, the last pauri before the salok, where Guruji gives an analogy for the whole of Sikhi, ie how to purify and extract gold from ore. We look at why Guruji uses the analogy of Gold, the process they describe and how this relates to the five khands (stages of spiritual growth). We also examine the state of the manmukh, i.e of being Iron, and Guruji as the philosophers stone to apply the midas touch.

We sing Vaheguru Simran and kirtan of "Gur Paaras Hum Loh" by Guru Raam Daas ji, in Raag Tukhari. The kirtan was done in Raag by Jaspal Singh from London, part of the "Tav Prasaad Kirtan Jatha'. www.youtube.com/tavprasaad
