In this back-by-popular-demand encore broadcast, Grammy Award-winning country singer/songwriter, and member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Rodney Crowell joins us to share his timeless music, and to collaborate with eTown’s house band - the eTones – on a few numbers. The Infamous Stringdusters also make a return visit to eTown to demonstrate where the genre of bluegrass is headed, while nodding to its traditions and roots. We’ll also check in with our eChievement Award winner, who is helping communities in Colorado recover and rebuild after the 2013 floods that devastated so much of the state.

The Copper Children - Don't Be So Shy

Heavy was born from an electronic dance beat created by Nick MacDaniels (Vocals/Guitar) and further developed by the rest of the band on live instruments in the studio. “We knew we could breathe some really interesting life into it as a full band as soon as we heard Nick's demo.” explains drummer Ben Vinograd (Drums)

The track represents a brand-new approach to writing and recording music for Big Something. “For the first time ever, we went into the studio with a completely blank canvas and developed a brand new album together from scratch. Everything was written and recorded in the moment,” MacDaniels reveals. “It was one of the most fun experiences we've ever had as a band and I think you can hear that especially on this track.”
