The second instalment of the remixes from J:Kenzo's 2019 album 'Taygeta Code' sees two absolute heavyweight producers from the world of Drum & Bass collide on this 2 track EP. 

Kid Drama brings through dub techno funk and soul in his remix of 'Guilty' encompassing the beautiful drifting groove matched with dirty filtered mids. 

on the flip the legend DJ Trace drops a harder sinister edge to the tribal stepper 'Token Image' keeping the dubbed out licks and hypnotic percussion whilst adding nasty gritty synth lines harking back to his signature sound.

Heron Flow returns to CNVX with the hauntingly beautiful "Beauty & Decay" EP. This 4 tracker sees Heron Flow's sound maturing and carving out their own take in the Drum & Bass spectrum.

Whilst the roots are clearly Autonomic influenced, the tracks take cues from modern r&b and Trap productions. pitched down vocals sing slurred codeine love songs over waves of bass and emotive keys.

There are not enough superlatives that describe @Phaeleh work, his signature ambient atmospherics, technicolour synths and wall-shaking sub frequencies permeate a cinematic take on electronic music that runs through his productions and DJ sets. As said by DJ Mag “Sublime stuff, which carries on where Burial left off.” and we couldn’t agree more, his tracks float somewhere in the space between dubstep, garage, ambient and electronica, and his DJ sets focus on a beat-driven sound that explores the outer fringes of dance music and electronica, remaining focused on the deep, ambient dubstep that is Phaeleh’s signature sound.

We can’t wait to experience it on Membrain Festival 2022 this august at Martinska, Šibenik - Croatia.

Locked Concept's second drop of 2023 sees a return of Tellus to our Horizons release series.

The Horizons series looks to move away from the label's drum and bass roots, with the Loops EP as no exception. The four tracks range between 130 - 140 bpm and draw influence from across the spectrum of electronic music while still maintaining a signature Tellus sound.

It's not entirely fair to give Tellus full credit on this EP, as each track was started during a music production class at the high school he teaches at. Whether it was suggestions on which samples to use, recommendations on certain songs to draw influence from, input on the cover art, or simply the patience to sit through a tutorial on some component of producing, numerous high school students have had some form of influence or input on the creation of this four track EP.
