For the past four years, Rafay has been specializing in environmental law and regulation. He works primarily with government and IFIs to develop and implement strategies and policies with respect to the environment, energy and water resources. He assists private clients with a range of climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies and CDM negotiations. He also specializes in property transactions and urban development.
