INBRED KNUCKLEHEAD's debut album is ready to be released. Almost two years in the making, the boys from Inbred Knucklehead have masterfully blended their new hybrid style of music. Inbreeding Rock, Country-Cow-Punk, Ska, Rap, GrindCore ThrashMetal, Funk and more into a sound that would not normally or naturally go together. This is what makes this sound so unique. The album was recorded in Rome by Fil Dal Monte at Monteverde Records and mastered by Riccardo Parenti (rayaudio.com). So sit down, strap in and prepare yourself for the debut self titled album of INBRED KNUCKLEHEAD.

E’ energia pura. The INBRED KNUCKLEHEAD recipe originates over the hot coals of a Roman BBQ in the spring of 2008. Mike from Southern California and Kristian from Sweden meet and spark a conversation about music over burnt sausages and hamburgers. A few beers later they decide to start a band. Joining forces with kebab eating Roman-Egyptian drummer Dario and carbonara master Marco, on Halloween night 2009 the band takes a turn to the live stage, lighing up the Roman music scene brighter than the fires of Nero.

Like a mother and father who are actually brother and sister, but somehow their children turn out alright, IKH's heavy fusion of Rock/Punk/Ska/Surf/Metal/Funk/Reggae/Disco translates into a contagious vibe that sweeps the audience off its ass and onto its feet with undeniably groovy rhythms, unstoppable stage presence and unforgettable catchy hooks. All served with crazy on-stage antics, weird faces, explosive energy and all around good humor attitude.

After the 2009 release of their self titled album and UK tour, IKH won the MArteLive 2010 “Best Emerging Artist” award and toured around Italy for the next years bringing their “Inbred Rock 'n' Roll" from the North to Sicily while writing new material. Their second work Family Album is scheduled for release in July 2013 and will be presented during the European tour that will take them onto the stage of Sziget Festival on August 6th.
