Extending their branches once more, the System Error brand presents their latest offshoot - Party Bombs. A catalogue which will be dedicated to the peak times of the night, covering various strains of what they may entail. Looking to find a consistent spot in the record bags of the party starters amongst us. 

The opening track by Oshana, “Everlast”, boasts nostalgic synths, and an energetic drum arrangement , inaugurating the Party Bombs Various Artists Series with a dynamite production. Sitting comfortably as the A2 is “Party Bass”, a debut outing for DJ Stroboscope who some might know under different names, an artists shrouded in mystery only illuminated by the stroboscope flashing through the thick fog covering the peak time dancefloor, a chunky slab of dancefloor chemistry, consisting of a winding sub bass, and direct drive from the word go. 

On the flip side, Obsidian steps up with a playful and animated groove in “Hall 46”, smooth sunshine sounds cruising the openair party into fifth gear. The ice cold hip hop vocal samples bring all of the characteristics of the track together.  Closing proceedings is a slinky and enthusiastic power house track from Magic Doz. “With You” presents raw old school elements with a modern day twist. 

Bombs by name, bombs by nature.

It’s always nice to see the start of a new label. At least, their first release should be good, because why would you start anything with something bad, right? Today we’re hosting the crew behind the YT-channel 192 uploads, called 192 GmbH, with the first release of their new label, called 192 Rec. In case you know those reptilians only because of their Youtube activities, I’ll tell you that they are also very nice DJs – they were in my city this summer, I had to miss the party, but that was one of those rare examples when I heard ONLY good stuff about it.

Their first entry will be Cesare Muraca – one of those Italians I’ve been following very carefully for the last years. All that started with his B1 on the first release of These Tasty Records (this guy loves to start labels, eh?), after that he got another appearance there, also the remix at SINM Music should be ready soon. Sticky Plastik’s first release combines French and UK artists to create a gritty, punchy V.A with a slight twist of electro. 

The A-side has 2 tracks from Marseille based Lamalice, who has released on labels such as Sentaku and Shotgun. Minimal tech-house roller blended with melodic and groovy textures.

The first track on the B-Side, ‘Motivation’, is the first track to be released by Marcelina Wick, the founder of Sticky Plastik. Silverlining is on remix duties to finish off an energising, refreshing V.A.
