With 'Koukou' we welcome back Kate Ozz to ICONYC. Kate who developed a universally loved unique style; dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly fits in any kind of club or open-air festival. Her releases have always received high acclaim - with support across the board from the who is who is in the world of electronic music. 

To open the release, Kate drops the wonderful 'Elusive Dreams'. A track full of deep harmonious vibes, as Kate guides us through the atmospheric vibe, while the arrangement keeps you moving with warm tinkling sounds. 'Elusive Dreams' conveys a smooth edge and some nicely effected sounding elements, capped off by the deep groove. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. The groove and melodies are the key here, as this restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a warm glow, creating an air of sophistication. 

Kate closes the EP with the title track 'Koukou', a classy indie dance track with infectious chords, intense drums and smooth breakdown to get you moving. It's all about the groove, cool house vibes and the driving beats that are working their magic around Irene's wonderfully arranged keys that create an irresistible rhythm while clever chords take the mind on a trip. 'Essential stuff'!

We are excited about this new release. Lerm the young hungarian talent who has already released on our label doing a remix to Cronus presents us his own work. "Eye Of The Beholder" is the name conceived for this Ep which also includes remixes of Abuk and Last Men On Earth. The track that gives name to the work is intense, powerful and elegant. A story with disturbing atmospheres and aggressive elements. Rarest Flower follows an epic path with a constant arpeggio that will help you to keep in mind this masterpiece. Argentinian Abuks remix of "Eye Of The Beholder" is a more eclectic and modern version playing with different synth and effect domains. The also argentinians LMOE created their original version of Rarest Flower and fused it with elements of old drum machines and acid synthesizers having a clear influence of music from previous years. A complete work with different points of view that will please the most demanding ears.

British-German DJ and producer Lars Moston from Berlin runs Outergalactic Music and also releases on some of the world's most influential House Music labels such as Katermukke, Kittball and Nervous Records. He has collaborated with Boris Dlugosch, Teenage Mutants, Juliet Sikora, and Dirty Doering among others and remixed the likes of grammy winner Purple Disco Machine, Claptone, Mike Mago, Si Begg and Moonbootica to name just a few. 
As a DJ Lars has raised roofs at world famous venues such as Watergate Berllin, Pacha Ibiza, Printworks London and festivals like Fusion and Tomorrowland with his trademark positive sound. Crafting a highly energetic mix full of little suprises and nods to his personal musical history, taking crowds on a journey full of twists and turns that he himself discovers in the moment, these are sources of tangible enjoyment for him. And it shows.
