We are so pleased to present this mix by Detroit legend K-hand. She will be joining us at the festival by presenting a children's workshop for mixing records as well as making us move on the dancefloor.

K-Hand is considered the first lady of Detroit Techno and there is no denying Hand's role as a globetrotting DJ who never fails to further Detroit's undisputed legacy. Hand knows how to read a crowd and seduce it, one track after another, until she has it at her mercy, and the dance floor dances. Just as well versed in techno (via her Detroit fostering) as house (via her days in Paradise Garage-era New York), Hand offers the best of both worlds -- few DJs can weave back and forth with such precision.

We are pretty psyched to continue the podcast with this mix from Andi Harriman (@andi80s) - multi talented goth historian from New York City and all around total legend. As well as being the highly respected author behind 'Some Wear Leather, Some Wear Lace: The Worldwide Compendium of Postpunk and Goth in the 1980s' she is also an incredible DJ in her own right. Armed with an encyclopaedic knowledge of EBM, Industrial, goth, new wave and all things dark, Andi expertly channels the doom, gloom and boom into dancefloor mayhem. Her Synthicide party at Bossa Nova Club in Brooklyn is seminal and you should definitely check it out if you're ever in NY. We ❤ Andi ! Enjoy x

Tunnel Signs is the nom de plume of Australian born lover, fighter and romantic, Ash Moses. With a taste for playing and producing records that embrace the darkness, Moses parts the sea and finds the wonky middle ground between reverb drenched postpunk, hypnotic techno and spaced out disco. Having previously seen releases on labels such as Nein, Clouded Vision and HAKT he now finds a home with Cutters Records with this 12” with Will Buck.

His mix for CONTROL is a journey in driving repetition, triumphant peaks, throbbing synth bubbles and reverb drenched post punky EBM. This is rave worthy. <3
