TVS is a musical project born in 2018 to create an interaction between traditional instruments and electronic music through live performances and compositions of Ambient Music, Experimental & Dark Ambient Music.

TVS is a Flutist, Composer and Performer. After a classical music education, she started to work with contemporary music, interaction with electronic music, instrumental improvisation, creation of sound environments for literary readings, soundtracks and projects involving interaction between various disciplines of art.

Her music combines experimental, atmospheric and synthetic sounds in a Dark Ambient sonority with touches of Deep Techno. She has released tracks on renowned labels such as The Gods Planet, Secuencias Temporales, Virescence Records, No Way Records, Oslated and more.

The 19th Cellar Door is opened by Glasgow based artist, who has been making very interesting waves through both visual work and sonic explorations. 

Her carefully crafted Space Time Residency for Radio Buena Vida and her recent contribution into Soma Records' Compilation suggest the musical direction of the artist and her stunning visual work is getting highly appreciated by the fans and the peers.  

Kairogen has prepared absolutely stunning mix and we feel blessed to be able to present the Scottish artist on our podcast.

Artist's Bio:
The word ‘Kairogen’ created by the artist, comes from the Greek word ‘kairos’ (the right, critical or opportune moment) and ‘gen’ (to generate or create).
 
This translates as; ‘the opportunity to create’, which is intended to inspire the artist and others to harness their imagination and generate their own conditions for their creativity to bloom.
 
The Glasgow-based producer first came across music production whilst studying at art school, after a lecturer suggested creating a sound piece to fit alongside an installation project. Her love of club culture inspired artistic research focussed on Detroit techno and electronic music as an art form.
 
In the coming years she would spend her time making album art & working in Sub Club, gaining an understanding of the electronic music scene and developing her own musical tastes.
 
Working in a nightclub has had a significant effect on her own work, finding that the influence of peak-time music has led her to seek out sounds that fit round the edges of dance music, inspired by the drama and tension in DJ sets and leaning towards the ambient/experimental side of the electronic spectrum.
 
For the artist, there has always been a strong passion for both visual art & music. A process of figuring out how to practice both of these and where they fit. This tension has made possible a space of endless exploration and a desire to create works that blur the boundaries between genres and contexts, a practice which only continues to evolve.

We are extremely happy to present to you the enigma - Martyn Päsch

Martyn is no stranger to the scene. He has played a substantial role in shaping some of the niche electronic music sub genres through the last decade. He continues to rise in the global scene with his wide palette of styles ranging from classic, contemporary, minimal, abstract, ambient and atmospheric soundscapes. His knowledge, approach, experimentation and versatility has inspired many other producers.

In 2018, he started his own label called KVLTÖ. The label has seen releases from some of the best artists like Doctrina Natura, Infinite, Skoll, Adhémar, Polygonia, Knay to name a few and also including many of his masterpiece productions.

Martyn is currently working meticulously on various projects, collaborations in which he welcomes artists to not only seek musical diversity but also aims to excite and make the listener think. After listening to his mix for Savage, we couldn’t agree more. This is a true masterpiece and what we would like to call a full cerebral exercise in listening.
