Michael has a sound all his own, but he draws inspiration from his childhood, in which he was raised in a house full of old vinyl collections and guitar strings being strummed by his dad. Said inspirations are apparent throughout his music. At the ripe age of 20, he has been able to catch the attention of the local music scene and is looking to continue his growth with his upcoming release, Heart & Soul, due out August 26th. The EP was recorded and produced by Ethan Kauffman at The Elephant in the Room in Hollywood, CA and pays homage to the classic artists McQuaid grew up listening to.
