The latest edition of our free download series welcomes Emi Galvan for his first appearance. Argentinean DJ and producer Emi Galvin has consistently defied expectations throughout his much-lauded decade-long career. Through the success of early tracks like 2016's ‘Taking Over’ and ‘Universe’, the Buenos Aires resident emerged into one of the progressive scene’s most promising talents. A rich musical background with time spent in rock bands playing guitar and singing gave Emi’s electronic compositions a measurable creative edge. This elusive sound did not go unnoticed as he quickly earned the praise of genre tastemakers Cid Inc, Eelke Kleijn, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren; while landing career defining releases via Balance, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden. Also an accomplished DJ, Emi’s long undulating sets have been applauded for their impeccable track selection and exquisite programming. As one of Argentina’s most in demand DJs, Emi has travelled the world, delighting crowds in Egypt, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Romania, Russia, Spain and more. A recent highlight in the Argentine’s sets has been his unofficial remix of Massive Attack’s ‘Girl I Love You.’ Released in 2010 as part of the band’s ‘Heligoland’ album, the song would go on to become one of the LP’s most recognizable tracks, racking up more than ten million plays on Spotify in the process. Emi’s version has seen considerable live play in recent months, with Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sebastien Leger and more all airing the remix across their sets. I'm thrilled to represent Hungary at Nick Warren's renowned brand, 'The Soundgarden', known globally for quality progressive house music. Playing as a main artist in Budapest rather than local support is both an honor and a challenge. I aim to deliver a set that makes Hungary proud and meets the high standards expected by Nick Warren. This time, I showcased a 90% progressive house set including some tracks and remixes of mine, hoping you enjoy my unique 'soundgarden' journey.

Well, life decided to throw me into the deep end again! Imagine following Nick Warren's epic set? - and before him there were 2 other great sets from Khen & Sebastien Leger.

Indigo Mix # 7 - Indigo Waves

Our musician collective called Indigo Theory consists of 3 members. The band was formed in 2014 March. We call our style soulful electronic music. It’s based on electronic instruments and sounds. The main ars poetica is the music with full of emotions, vibration and happiness. Our style comes from the club, concert and music production experiences we got in the past 15 years. Separately we have many internationally recognized producer works in jazz, blues, deep house, techno and chill genres. Our singer Kinga was living and singing jazz in Monte Carlo, Italy and had many jazz, blues and electronic concerts in the last 15 years. Indigo Theory gigs are always live with different variations of electronic music instruments. We have already played together with Lexer, David K, Tom B, Compact Grey, Alle Farben, Eelke Kleijn, KANT, Miguell Campbell, Martin Roth, Kovary and with the most of the Hungarian top DJs in the most exclusive clubs in Budapest. We also played at Sputnik Spring Break Festival in Germany as the only Hungarian band.
