Indigo started as a bedroom project of Akmal Rizky back in 2015, while he’s still playing guitar for a local post-hardcore band. His love in electronic music was sparked after listening to French electronic duo Justice and also Daft Punk, then attending various rave events in Jakarta, Indonesia. Citing Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Solarstone and many other artists specializing in Trance as his influence, Akmal started to play around with his DAW and began to write his own music soon after. He was into The Trance Music Scene and started by producing music instead of Dj.
