BE:AT WAR is the new album from Odessa’s MEDIUM, who released the acclaimed Evolution of the Universe on Ohm Resistance in 2017. They have been writing drum and bass for over 15 years and released on labels such as Ohm Resistance, Sonic Terror, Hardline, Close2Death Recordings, Distortion Records, Combat Records and more. This follow up album is made under adversely different conditions - the approach of war to their home city, the assault on their native land. Yet these men are making music happen in the midst of it, recording their artistic and emotional reactions as chaos unfolds around them.
Guest starring London MC Flowdan, Godflesh’s Justin K Broadrick, SIMM and Submerged. BE:AT WAR is a full spectrum image of the horror, uncertainty, and perseverance surrounding these Ukraine-based producers.

Got the honour to play in the party from the lovely Bass Indicates collective<3 Love you my dear brothers!<3 Been so ever grateful to get to know you and hang out and play and practice together and getting so much support and encouragement! Thank you!!!<3 And was so grateful to have my sister and my brother and many good dear friends to join and support me! Love you to the moon and back<3 Music and important events are best shared<3

I was so so very nervous! But I did a lot less mistakes than I thought I would :DDD Still a lot, and I panicked with time so I started skipping the tracks on my planned playlist (well actually I was not really sure how I wanted to finish my set in the first place). And I didn't know that you are able to adjust the monitor speakers and they were so very too loud (and my ears are more sensitive than average person) that my ears were popping and I didn't have earplugs because I somehow thought that playing the gig will be the same as playing at the studio... Well, I had pain in my ears for 3 weeks but it was worth it<3 Live & Learn :D
My favorite part was definitely get to play "No Sleep Till PRSPCT" :D
 A friend happened just to be filming when I started jumping so hard my shoe flew off :D And I also almost fell down :D And the laughter&joy on my sister's face was priceless!!! <3 I love mosh pits and this track would definitely be the right material for that<3

I was so proud of myself for stepping up, doing it and even succeeding<3 There was people on the dance floor and I enjoyed myself<3 I definitely wanna have more gigs! I have found my passion<3
Next time I will just raise my eyes more often to see the people :D
And apologies to dear fellow DJ NPC for stealing 1 minute from your playtime, I'm like the worst in handling time...

Amazing audience we had <3 so good spirit, so good energy, Everyone cleaned their trashes. I was so nervous to play my own tunes but I'm so very glad I did<3 And I loved the feedback that I got "Exactly the right type for the sunrise moment". Even the cops liked it :D

And I'm so very grateful for my friends who offered me a chance to play, to build up the party together, who bring all my belongings (including my hammock setup) as my back would not allow me to carry over 3kg, and all the nice people who were kind enough to make my hammock some space more near to the music so that I could also enjoy the party and the music without listening to just people talk<3<3<3

Oh and guys n girls, what do you think, should we start having a "no talking" policy near the dancefloor?? So that we could all enjoy the music even with smaller eqpuipment? Leaving the discussions a bit further away from dancefloor? I know there is many of us to whom the speech and the music start blurring together, making the listening experience less enjoyable...

And once a again a BIG BIG thank you for everyone helping to clean the trashes<3 MamaEarth sends a thank you<3

Indiktr is a sensitive warmhearted playful nature loving music freak wild child anarchist. Her love for music started in early age with classical piano and moved towards metal music around teenage years, found passion for dancing during high school, dived into the deep end of techno during her 20's and in 2014 started exploring producing her own ambient sounds as KayTea StarDust. And 2019 she finally found her new Big love - drum’n’bass <3 
Advnc & Escapist being her first big & most important introducers to the world of DnB, there she found her growing desire to learn DJing drum'n'bass music. In 2021 two of her lovely music bros Avaruusjoonas & DJBreik borrowed her equipment to start practising mixing big time in her little forest cottage home, and then she was hooked. 
Her biggest musical influencers have been forest, nature, silence, family, Fabian Du, Advnc, Avaruusjoonas, Escapist, xl8r, Parapsye, Tom Wanks, Tietäjä, Björk, The Prodigy, Slipknot, Massive Attack, Faithless, Angelit, Fatboy Slim and Chopin, to mention a few. Also inside drum’n’bass she cannot be put in any particular genre box - although neuropunk is her biggest love - she’ll try them all and mix together if she can ;D But quite surely you will hear at least some Current Value<3, Noisia & something from Metalheadz.  Her love for deep bass, strong changes, organic sounds, imperfections and weird things is hearable in the mixtapes. Indiktr’s ear is as sensitive as the whole woman; only picking the sounds that feed & nourish & entertain her neurodivergent system best <3
