Arno Gonzalez is producing a modern house sound that sometimes ventures into melodic territory close to Electronica, the Angevin artist was first spotted by the Parisian label Missive, then by Timid Records, on which he released his debut album “Encounters”, as well as a number of EPs and remixes...

Today, he is one of the spearheads and leaders of Brique Rouge, David Duriez's label, with whom he is on a mission to perpetuate and reinvent a certain vision of House and Techno music.

With this second album, which marks “the end of innocence”, Arno explodes the codes of his music to better transcend them. We find his inimitable touch, a particular sound that is sometimes minimal, sometimes warm and melodious, a real signature on 13 tracks that tell a real story.

If this is the end of innocence, it's also the beginning of maturity.




Brique Rouge label is a pillar of the French House underground since 1999.

The label continues to disseminate the electronic sound David Duriez believes in, far from formatting and excessive vulgarity. An eclectic electronic sound that remains rooted in the underground and on vibe above all.  In general, the team's artists benefit from a carte blanche, and it's above all the state of mind that counts. The label isn't looking for success, it's a success. The success of being able to release music without compromise. With one release a week on platforms since 2020, the label (and its divisions RZ Muzik & Obliqu3) is seen as a key player on the French underground electronic scene, given the activism it demonstrates.

Faithful to the spirit of this music's beginnings - Acid House, Chicago and New York House, or the power of Belgian or Detroit Techno - the label has been churning out releases for 25 years without ever sinking into cynicism, nostalgia or parody. Brique Rouge has established itself as a key French label for the distribution of emerging and creative artists (known and unknown) who draw their inspiration from the roots of the genre, but also pursue the search for new vibes. Without commercial imperatives, the label innovates and denies itself nothing. No formatting, no time sacrificed on the altar of the platforms of streaming, with Brique Rouge it's not the face of the human behind the machine that is highlighted, but its music.

The week have another co-founder of B-side, the Hague born veteran raver Nurali. That last part is crucial in describing this man as he mixes and matches different genres without making any compromises. This results in fast-paced hypnotic sets consisting out of a mixture of broken and fast four to the floor based rhythms. 

Bringing people together is what this man is all about; planning parties in and around Amsterdam & Berlin, playing next to the likes of Animistic Beliefs, I-F, Spekki Webu, Dopplereffekt, etc. & sharing his music through regular radio shows at IFM’s Onderwereld, Red Light Radio and Operator radio.

Storm Control features three new Plant43 tracks which exemplify Emile Facey’s continuing quest to speak through his machines. The up front electro of the title track is born out of a yearning for a return to club dance floors while the two on the flip explore deep emotional landscapes through his trademark melodic electro sound.

This is the first on a series of limited edition coloured vinyl records, limited to 300 hand numbered copies on transparent orange vinyl. Includes download code.
