We're beyond thrilled to welcome Seattle-based producer, DJ, and cofounder of the fantastic Apt E record label and party series, Cameron Kelley, aka tondiue to secondnature.

As a spatial designer and bird watching hobbyist, they have a keen eye and ear for the meaningful details found within the natural world. This is expressed through their productions as well as DJ sets; often opting for the slow burning and meditative pace of percussive new age and textural ambient music, while bringing earthen timbres and frenetic rhythm to the dance floor.

In addition to their explorations as tondiue, they make up one half of the DJ duo, party series, and record label Apt E alongside their longtime collaborator Max. Apt E has been making waves in the Seattle underground since 2017, starting with a series of all nighters at off-the-beaten-path locations around the city and later developing into a record label. Their vinyl releases focus on acts from in and around the Seattle area, and seek to provide a platform for up and coming artists. Look out for a handful of releases from tondiue in 2021, including an Apt E record from their newly formed krautrock band, Tape.

Sarcus Soundsystem is a trio including Noé, Jacky Jeane and OLGA who met through the eponym festival and gathered around it’s energy, values and music. Exploring modern sides of electro, leftfield downtempo, bass music and techno, they encompass their influences into a hypnotic blend of fast paced rhytms and bizarre melodies that will get to your mind and feets.

Artiste et dj éclectique imprégnée à la fois de son héritage franco-éthiopien et de culture rave et techno, Hewan Aman (@hewizee) s’emploie à créer des univers enivrants au groove métissé. Une âme singulière, à la recherche de contrastes sonores. Jamais linéaire, toujours solaire, même à ses heures les plus introspectives. Ses sets sont des virées galopantes, infusées de trance, techno, breaks & drums. 

Pour cette première sur Ola elle nous a concocté un podcast downtempo aux antipodes de sa vitesse de croisière habituelle une respiration entre deux gigs. Un condensé d'émotion, de groove et de clins d'oeils aux merveilleuses inspirations qui ont été posées sur son chemin ces derniers mois. Certains s'y reconnaîtront forcément. 

ça donne un mélange d'ambient, slow psy & trance, drums, dub et l'occasion d'insérer une track de Mikael Seifu, un producteur éthiopien qu'elle affectionne particulièrement.
