Being in Bahia and at this festival, greeting the forces of Yemanjá on these paradisiacal beaches, meeting so many old and new friends, having a great time... makes me smile and fills my heart with high frequencies to continue the year that is beginning! As always, it is a pleasure to participate and contribute to the vibe of the festival, representing the psydub and psybass styles, spiced with tracks/mashups of the Brazilian music that we love so much and know how to do so well! Besides being such an honor to be Merkaba Music's representative as label dj, I received with great affection the invitation to idealize the last episode of Textures Mixes Series.

My choice was to tell a story based on the range of 4x4 sounds that label sets out to explore, as well as because of the engagement I have had as a dark progressive DJ for almost 15 years.

In this mix I set out to contemplate the variety of Merkaba Music psytrance tracks, among the new and old tunes of which I most identify and which bring the atmosphere of the label in an ancestral and futuristic mystical combination.

Guitariste autodidacte, passionné de musique, avec des goûts éclectiques (musique classique, drum and bass, death metal, reggae...),  Sid3 Fx aka Dub Size fait de la MAO depuis une dizaine d'années. Il est influencé par le dub électro français depuis l'adolescence (Kaly Live Dub, High Tone, Brain Damage et Kanka notamment) et essaye dès lors de créer un dub original et de qualité, à la fois dansant et planant. Loin de se contenter d’utiliser des samples préexistants, Sid3 Fx crée lui-même ses sonorités et ses morceaux à partir de ses instruments (guitare, percu, kalimbas,...), mêlant rythmes entraînants et mélodies rêveuses, hypnotiques. Depuis peu, ses horizons niveau composition s'élargissent avec la création de tracks abstract hip-hop.

***Mystical ancient sounds with deep bass following the heart beats***

Indra is an international DJane and Ecstatic dance Croatia founder, active in music from 2002. She plays at various events promoting alternative/psy culture as well as at the international radio stations. Today she is resident at Mo:Dem, one of the best underground psychedelic festivals in Europe and line up adviser for many festivals and events.

Indra's first serious excursion into world of music was 2002. when she edited music program and hosted the radio project "Baraka", world music show. As a part of DJ's and promoters gathered around the Baraka Collective, she organized and acted at various ethnic-world, dub, downbeat events. From 2002. she started playing psychill. She is one of the residents and organizers of Chillibar events, most popular psychill events in Croatia.

In November 2014. she compiled VA Forest Garden, including her favorite artists, most of them also involved in gardening and natural way of living. The compilation symbolizes life cycle, transformation of the mankind and the Earth. It is a call for a waking up and going back to the roots values and sustainable way of living. In 2019. her second compilation "Spiral Roots" was released, bringing us on a path of organic bridge created between the roots of the Earth and our existence. "Tribal Steps" compilations were inspired by ecstatic dance and tribes gathering with variety of sounds and tempos, inviting for more gatherings like in ancient times.  Last compilation "Horns of Veles" is a fusion of Croatian traditional music with modern psychedelic chill music.

Indra's sound is a fusion of floating mystical atmospheres and deep dub bass lines with ethnic & organic elements, including conscious bass, psydub, tribal, shamanic, global bass and other downtempo to midtempo styles.

Her music is inspired by nature, spirituality, and ancient traditions, often incorporating live instruments like trumpet, didgeridoo, and percussion to create immersive, story-driven sets. Indra’s performances radiate feminine subtlety, positive energy, and a deep connection with her audience.
