Depth of Field is the first song to be taken from Sea Pinks forthcoming album Soft Days, due for release in January 2016 via CF Records. Rich in natural imagery and autumn colour, Depth of Field twists and turns on the super melodic guitar line of the verse and a lush, dreamy chorus extolling the virtues of uncertainty. 

Sea Pinks are a three piece from Belfast featuring Neil Brogan (ex-Girls Names, CRUISING) on guitar and vocals, Steven Henry (Documenta) on bass and Davey Agnew (Newton Forest FC) on drums.

Black Twig return with their third long player Blaze On A Plain, released via Soliti In April 2016.

To wet your appetite for such exciting news, the band share the first single from the album, 1998. Possibly the band's most melodic cut of music yet, 1998 share's an affinity with the best music made with guitars, drums and bass. Yes, as the song intones, 'it's somehow cathartic' . Oh yeah, and did we mention uplifting?

A video accompanies 1998, with Black Twig commenting "It's not about nostalgia, it's more like a visual memory. It is what it is. Shot on digital8 with our friends in Helsinki. We love you!"

"The song, Sunday TV, is the last track off our upcoming album, Blaze on a Plain. It’s our second song with “Sunday” in the title. Why? Hard to say. Who even likes Sundays? Aren’t they the days of unbearable stillness, filled with anxiety about unfulfilled duties. The track is one of the shortest and fastest ones on the album. Two verses, two choruses, two guitar solos. "


Sunday TV along with Blaze On A Plain album cut Taivas will drop as a two header digital single on the 16th March.

Black Twig's third long player Blaze On A Plain finally lands on April 15th 2016.
