Opening with the irrefutable voice of H.P. Baxxter, 'We Love Hardcore' is the seismic collaboration between German cult band Scooter and the festival wielding megahit duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

Slamming together the building blocks of their respective styles and giving birth to a monstrous musical baby with 'We Love Hardcore’, the two powerhouse groups have created earth shuddering ripples that will continue to be in effect once the festival season resumes.

Baxxter, German DJ/musician Michael Simon and musician/producer Sebastian Schilde.

Award-winning Belgian brothers Dimitri & Mike have kept up an impressive pace of exhilarating releases over the past few months. From popular hits like 'Say My Name' with Regard to 'Do It' with Mexican influencer Kimberley Loaiza and producer Azteck, which received over 40 million views on TikTok in the first 24 hours and since has received more than 235 million TikTok views. The brothers have also dropped tracks like 'Back To The Oldskool' with Quintino and 'Too Much' with DVBBS and Drake OVO signed singer Roy Woods. Keith Carnal returns to his Second Degree label with an impressive four track EP, encompassing a hypnotic & atmospheric sound, but at a higher tempo.

Keith Carnal has been pushing out high octane techno records for the last decade, featuring on labels such as Arts & Bpitch, Keith has assembled an impressive discography. The Amsterdam producer has found himself remixing for industry titan’s such as Ellen Alien, CJ Bolland & more.

Carnal also helms his Second Degree imprint, launched in late 2018 and home to his own solo material. Following on from the labels impressive fifth instalment earlier this year, he returns to round out the year on home turf as he drops four new productions combining slick grooves and infectious vocals with his signature tough yet vibrant sonics.

We premiere the A1, ‘Chauvanistic Pigs’, a hypnotic symphony, the entrancing cut is busting with pacy drums and icy hats as they guide tripped out vocals and warping synths.

Chicago legend Robert Armani, also still hailed as one of the originators of hardstyle by many, makes an appearance on the A-side. And it‘s that characteristic, punishing kick sound, which is still present in the modern edit, carrying on the original‘s obtuse force albeit shrouded in a much more ominous and austere veil.
 
German IDM-duo Funkstörung well left their mark on the millennium’s last decade. Even with their side-project Musik Aus Strom that restricted itself to a series of forward-pointing, no-nonsense acid-techno albums. Len Faki picks out a track showcasing the raw and vital essence of that Acid Planet-time and molds it into a soaring, sizzling and well-balanced tool, tricky and perky at once.

Ricardo Rodrigues aka Industrialyzer, son of a musician, was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. At an early age of 14, inspired by his father’s profession, he started taking guitar classes. Two intense years later, he would already give classes in scales and music theory to young talent. Over the years to come, Ricardo joined several bands and performed at bars, concerts and festivals. 

At the age of 17 he would discover his true love to be electronic music. Starting as a bedroom DJ, he gradually started performing in Portuguese clubs as well. In 2000, Ricardo moves to The Netherlands to take a course in electronic music production. Amazed by the local techno scene, the decision to be made was quite simple: he decided to stay. New doors would open in 2003, when he became second at the I Love Techno DJ contest, and then again in 2005, by winning the Dance Parade Rotterdam DJ contest.

Parallel, Ricardo was also busy producing. He advanced and refined his sound, which didn’t come unnoticed. In 2007 also Cisco Ferreira aka The Advent discovers Ricardo’s talent. Not too long after that, Cisco releases Ricardo’s tracks on his Kombination Research imprint, followed by releases and remixes for artists like A. Paul, The Advent, Sven Wittekind, Christian Fischer and DJ Murphy. Towards the end of 2007, Cisco, Ricardo and a fellow friend Paulo Gomes start the CodeWorks label, which would with its first release immediately prove to be successful—selling out in one week. This new motivation pushed towards a new project: The Advent vs Industrialyzer.

With current releases on Drumcode, as well as the upcoming releases on MB Electronics, Beat Disaster, Theory, etc., the duo has a promising future, just as does Industrialyzer solo.
