Creative note: This is not a religious mix. "I Believe", while it has a very Jesus-y sounding chorus, is actually - as far as I can tell - a cynical comment on those who think they can ignore the complexities and difficulties of life by just adopting a suffocating belief system. And Wookie's "Battle" - is definitely more Lord-praisey, but I prefer to think of God as US. As I have said before, organised religions can all suck my shit-flavoured dick. This is about the beauty of the music, nothing else.

early demo. there's a version where a mate and I got REALLY REALLY REALLY STONED and recorded his excellent guitar playing over the top of this, but I'm embarrassed at how much I F'd the recording up. I still quite like this though, built as it is on some prepacked keyboard phrases, the irony being I can play stuff like that in my sleep so I'm not sure what I was doing. but then before 2006 and all the hard drugs, I don't even remember who I was

duplicity two [2004]

this track - essentially a ripoff of the prodigy in 2004, which considering how shit they were in 2004 was never going to be a good move - went through several versions and amusing title schemes, until it ended up as this version as a soundtrack to a now-lost and certainly unimportant video I made, sort of only because I had a Mac and I thought I should use that feature of it. 

original title: "robots can't take drugs, but I can"
ending piano bit is a song, still in the works, called "So Lost"
