Свист — це дещо вульгарний, але ефективний метод звернути чиюсь увагу на «тут і зараз». Цей різкий та гучний звук не сплутаєш з чимось іншим. За принципом привернення уваги гучним звуком працює і група діджеїв-однодумців SVYST, які використовують клубну культуру та музику, як інструмент, який дозволяє підіймати проблені питання та пропонувати їх вирішення. Группа, що об’єднує на своїх подіях альтернативне клубне звучання та наразі активно співпрацює з благодійними організаціями так культурними проєктами різніх рівнів та міст.

Igor Zadorozhnyi is the co-founder of @svystkyiv, connoisseur and collector of vinyl drum and bass releases.
Whistling is a somewhat vulgar but effective method of drawing someone's attention to the here and now. This sharp and loud sound cannot be confused with anything else. The SVYST group of like-minded DJs, who use club culture and music as a tool to raise problematic issues and offer solutions, also works on the principle of attracting attention with loud sound. A group that unites an alternative club sound at its events and currently actively cooperates with charitable organizations and cultural projects of various levels and cities.

All these properties are recalled in me by the street culture of Kyiv, which is also diverse and changes with time and location! The fast pace of life in the capital during the war does not stop for a minute! And it is this sound at a speed of 171 bpm that helps us keep pace with the city! VINYL only !

Music came into the life of @tolya.tec as some kind of relief from a heavy everyday routine. When he was working at the thermal power station he had been dedicating his free time to collecting and listening to multi-genre vinyl recordings. With time this hobby transformed into real music admiring and his job at the power station has found its reflection in the unique harsh sounds of DJ TOLYA TEC. Artist's "iron vibe" is a mixture of Breakbeat and DnB with some "progress flavor". In his soundtrack selection special role is reserved for such subgenres as Techstep and Darkstep. Inspired by industrial sounds he has specific "mechanics" in his mixtapes that is transmitting simple but at the same time the most comprehensible and familiar rhythms to his listener. With this mood, @tolya.tec is performing at different stages of Ukraine as the resident of the SVYST and POLYGON formations and Brudnyi Pes Festival.

As Tolya himself said about the mix: "The dynamics and snappiness of the drum&bass give the necessary rigidity to the vibe and seem to constantly force the listener to fight in for survival." Check it out.

‘Initially the idea was to collect slow ‘podcast’ electro, mixing it with tracks by Ukrainian producers, — Garik Pledov explains. — But when I asked artists to send me their music, I received about 100 tracks, so I decided to make a selection of Ukrainian music only’
