Leathery blooms balloon before you, gargantuan in size and coated in a viscous ichor that seeps slowly from their pores and wafts gently to the ground in oozing droplets amidst the low gravity of this planetoid’s atmosphere. Upon the earth stained by this acrid fluid another fungus springs to life, spreading forth in fractal patterns composed of a multitude of microscopic cells. From the edges of this organism emanates a faint sibilant sound, resultant of its consumption of minerals from the rocky ground below. 

Over millennia, it seems that these strange processes of life have carved great canyons into the landscape that stretches into the distance. As you peer into the background of the portal presented by the Vision Serpent, tiny veins of pristine blue waters glisten gently under the light of the planetoid’s dim sun, presenting a much more hospitable clime than that which surrounds the portal’s exit. Shall you step through to the other side, braving this alien world to seek the wonders promised amidst its distant cerulean streams?

8KICKS brings his latest single SAME THING to VISION SERPENT, delivering two original tracks and a remix by Reclaim & Uddhav through the label’s sonic portal. SAME THING’s swooping bassline dominates the listener's ears as a vocal sample narrates a mystical experience, whilst its accompanying remix by Reclaim & Uddhav imbues the track with a sense of frenetic urgency. MOVING then closes the single, marching into the unknown in time with the steady snap of its snare drum. Together, these three tracks promise their sleek psytech secrets to all who heed the call of the VISION SERPENT.

For our next release we give a warm welcome to argentinian talent Lautaro Gabioud with his "Broken Silence" EP.
Darkness and down to the ground grooves are the main elements that sorrounds this solid Techno kit composed by three impressive original tracks and two majestic remixes.
Broken Silence takes the lead with body enveloping drums, grinding stab synths and a sweet arp that gives the right amount of light before the collision drags everything away in a dazzling drop that will continue forward until the last melody finds it's end.
Outside follows up as a steady tech tool that is consistently growing up into a breakdown that reloads everything again while spacey ambients takes the mood into a mental trip.
Bo Bo Boop is the final and bulkiest original, developing itself with a sturdy kick and bassline while sorrounding voices melts between hefty synths into a devastating core.
In the remix labour, brilliant german duo Moe & Melmixx steered Broken Silence into a smashing and stomping obscure track in between adding creativity with their melodies before the final collapse takes place.
Finally, rising argentinian star Brian Bettini curated Bo Bo Boop into a bold driving piece while gloomy atmospheres and sounds takes a crucial part into the mix making it a compact track for giving this relentless EP a perfect closure.

November the 20th meets Argentina based artist and sound producer - @martinkinrus to join Set About Family with his three-tracks release!
Gateway: Frenetic bass plucks bring the groove in which the track will build on. Followed by a very trippy and catchy melody that makes the breakdown a real journey. This track is full of glitches and energetic fills that will get the tension going! 
Entrance: Hypnotizing arps bring the atmosphere that gets driven by very dark pounding kicks and hard hitting bass stabs. The breakdown presents itself with arpeggiated melodies and building tension, to finish in a vocal drop that brings the groove back.
God Complex: The most melodic of all, ambient detuned plucks fill the track while very arpeggiated and twisted synths fill the tension for a very hard hitting drop full of bass stabs and glitched vocal shots. This breakdown presents itself with a full melody that builds up to an uplifting drop.
