TEMPERAMENTAL CLUB SOUND kicks of with a multilayered five track EP by co-founder Malugi. Picking up on the energy-driven and fun-loving sound he is best known for, Malugi proposes an idiosyncratic take on various styles of dance music: Ranging from UK Techno to Electro to Jersey Club, he showcases an open-minded approach towards music that is prone to exhilarate joy.

Throughout the EP, he upholds a distinct pop sensibility, creating music that resonates in an almost visceral bodily experience — a phenomenon commonly referred to as the Malugi effect. While he dips his toes into a wide array of influences, one common denominator remains: A strong commitment to cater to the highly intensive and universally longed-for corporeal pleasures of the dancefloor.

Rotterdam via Dublin DJ and producer Ngoni Egan debuts on United Identities with a five-track EP that pays tribute to his roots. 

"Re Teng" dives into Ngoni's familial heritage in Botswana and explores his sound beyond electro. After years of practice in the studio, Ngoni's innate skill to blend electro, techno and percussive textures comes to light on "Re Teng."

Derv is a Dublin based DJ and co-founder / resident of the Dublin collective Crane Club as well as being a resident and promoter for the Dublin collective, Hidden Love. Her mixes are versatile in sound and genre styles, however she tends to focus primarily on ghetto-tech, ghetto-house, techno and electro sounding tracks.

This mix combines 26 tracks into an hour of fast paced, high energy mixing with tracks from some of Derv's favourite artists such as Estella Boersma, Von Riu, Mell G, Floorplan and DJ Stingray.

Having recently supported DJ Slugo and X Club for their Dublin gigs, you can expect to see lots more from Derv in the coming months.
