Another month has ticked by, bringing with it the second instalment in our regenerative mix series borne out of epidemic abnormality. The northern angel known as TIJN is June’s sojourner and boy does he kick it! 

Well respected and highly recommended, TIJN’s slick Discogs roster includes releases on labels like 'Unblock', 'Moss.Co' and 'Leftback', with records in the pipeline on the well-established RAWAX amongst others. On top of that he also conceived 'In Haus Wax’ and the OGE imprint as well as his star babe, the eloquently named ‘Curtea Veche’. In Haus Wax has since morphed into 'In Haus Mastering' and garnered a staunch rep for high quality mixdowns. Taking his persona further afield to festivals like Gottwood and revered clubs like Sisyphos naturally further embellished his expansive resumé, earning plaudits from promoters, punters and producers worldwide. The mix he’s constructed for us neatly draws on his comprehensive experiences as a tech wizard, flitting from punchy and undefined to deep and emotive with an effortless ease exacerbated by true talent. Times are tough, but that doesn’t mean the good times can’t roll….and damn this mix rolls true!

Live for a full 120 was Patrisha who welcomed Airmiles and Valby Rotary signee Jeigo for two hours of soft house, spaced out breaks and percussive minimal gems. In the bag this month is D.Trance, Galcher Lustwerk and Chrissy.

"For this set, I selected a mixture of my most cherished new and old wax. My record collection contains predominantly minimal and micro techno from the UK, Romania, and Germany to name a few. I am a huge fan of the Japanese minimal style and this set contained a lot of techno from Japan. I’m in love with the raw, underground stripped back sounds, I get lost on the grooves and the textures and enjoy playing on vinyl most, that's where you find the gems!
