I envisioned an "Amphora" - an ancient vessel - carrying mystical sounds and stories from a long desert journey, and translated that into a modern electronic production.

Bicycle Day Techno Set 2020

This DJ set features remixes of artists from African countries such as a remix of "Yeke Yeke." The original track was written and performed by Mory Kanté, a Guinean vocalist and player of the kora harp. There is still a debate on what language the song is in and what it's actually about. Still, the ongoing idea is that it is sung in the Bambara language that originates in Mali. This mix also features "Kuar Kuar" (which means "President"). The original track was made by Emmanuel Jal, who is a musician/activist from South Sudan who wrote this piece to motivate the people of South Sudan to vote after years of being denied this right. The song is written in Nuer language, and the name of this mix is also in Nuer. "Knök" means "LOVE" in Nuer. This mix is dedicated to all of the people that are suffering from oppression, loss of opportunities—rejection and denial of basic human rights. We stand together to make this world the home for diversity, freedom, respect, and joy that we dream of.

Infinite Sun is a DJ who found their love for electronic music in Boston's vibrant underground scene. Inspired by the deep sense of community and connection that music fosters, they began DJing in 2008 with the simple goal of sharing the sounds that had brought them so much joy. In 2009, they were honored to become the first official DJ for the FractalTribe collective. 

After relocating to the West Coast, Infinite Sun was invited to join a residency at Synchronize, the longest-running weekly psytrance event in the United States. Since then, they've had the privilege of performing at festivals across the globe, including Universo Paralello in Brazil, Eclipse Festival in Canada, Geo Paradise in Costa Rica, and Cosmic Convergence in Guatemala. Locally, they’ve shared the stage at various festivals and events, including San Francisco Pride, Burning Man Precompression, Sum of Us Festival, and How Weird Street Faire. In 2025, they joyfully joined the Disco Honey collective as a resident DJ, honored to bring their sound to San Francisco’s legendary house-music parties made for the girls, the gays, and the theys. 

Their musical styles range from techno, tech house, tropical house, deep house, Latin house, bass house, drum and bass, and night-time psytrance.

For Infinite Sun, DJing is about the shared experience—connecting with others through music, bringing joy to the dance floor, and simply being part of the beautiful, ever-evolving journey that is electronic music.
