(I've been in pain for a few days... feeling the Endometriosis... I've had time to take a long bath... snuggle up with tea and relax. I've had time to  place my hands on the pain and pray. It's been really nice. Today I felt better so I recorded this house/techno set for Frequency Underground as requested and it's been such an honor to. It's given me the chance to dance it all out and pray with movement, with my body...)

we see people judge us? Are we all still comparing and judging even some of us Brave Heart Seekers of Truth? We fall short. Have compassion with yourself. Be grateful for the awareness of what you wish to shift. That is the gift. We all are growing and blooming and we all see that next move - internal Alchemy that surfaces that wants us to KNOW we can just be ourselves for a little while, and allow others to as well. I witnessed many face reflections or lessons or old ancestral wounds. I saw the most beautiful star filled sky with laser light show as laid gazing up at it with the most beautiful tunes....

I accessed a state of Trance in my body with movement that I have never experienced before...it unlocked a part of me and my body moved in a way it never has. I am speechless for the Tribal bass music - Beautiful Hearts gathered - co-creators of a space that transformed us all - all of our vibrations - We R One Song - Blooming each other along, After all.

Abstract: Solar and lunar eclipses are significant events at a spiritual level. There is an increase in Raja-Tama. Spiritual practice ensures that we are insulated from its subtle (intangible) harmful effects.

The Shaligram comes to protect and ground in around the vase of pure being. Pure Love. Flowering as the Macro to Micro awareness becomes more constant and the ones embodied begin to truly feel the juicy nectar move throughout their bodies as the living life force and Shakti push through the aroma and scent that is awakening every heart that comes into its contact whether that be through the dance or the sound. Whether that be through sight, hearing, or smell.  The Shiva meets the Shakti , the Shakti meets Vishnu and they become Trance itself powering this awakening heart blooming of a space in those that have went through the offering up their actions to the highest and carried the torch, even when it was hard straight up into the All and deep into their own self even in times of hardships. Now the love surrounds them with Grace as the flute plays and manifestation speeds up. The wine is now aged and the scent is indescribable and the journey was worth it ....as the bliss and sweetness returns.
