This is my remix of the amazing theme to Garth Marenghi's Darkplace.
The original theme is by Andrew Hewitt who continues to make amazing music to this day!
This was one of my favourite tv series' ever made. The fact that it was a parody of Miami Vice/80s B-movies/all cop based dramas; made it even better!!

The original theme was already a synth filled masterpiece, so i tried a few different things to give it my own style; almost triple the length, 90% the bpm of the original, more synths, more bass, more 80s!!

Originally it was planned for a 'remake' of the SNES game, but the project died very quickly.

Since I had 3 or 4 songs completed, and the excitement of working on each of them was so freaking great, the end result was the whole music library from the game.

I tried to stay true to the original songs keeping their theme intact.
However I tried as well to be re-inventive, fresh and original on each of them.

So if you find them good or bad, awesome or awful, just leave your most honest opinion.

I'm really willing to read what your critics and comments are.
