"I made this mix out of rage that I had with me coming back to Sweden after visiting Beirut, my home-city, for the first time in almost 4 years. Beirut that I had always known wasn’t the same anymore. It felt very quiet and melancholic. I am still recovering gradually from how aching it felt to see my city falling apart. One of the places where I spent most of my teenage years was damaged beyond repair after the Beirut blast on August 4th. Not to mention the dollar crisis that left more than half of the population in poverty. And the list goes on.. I dedicate this set to every revolutionary in Lebanon and the world. Fuck every political elite."

IAC Mixtape - Mamdouh

Isabelle Kemi grew up in Skärhamn but identifies herself more as a big city lady from Gothenburg. She currently lives in Umeå - the beautiful city of northern Sweden. She is a free soul who explores all types and genres of music. Isabelle learned how to Dj in 2017, but 2020 was the year she dared to perform her music, instead of just playing it for herself and her roomie.

This mix is a story of love, dance and freedom. Put on your dancing shoes, turn the lights off and make some room for a dance floor at home!
