Les Monts Luisants de Morey produisent des vins rouges et blancs, à partir des cépages pinot noir, chardonnay et aligoté pouvant se décliner en village, premier cru et grand cru... Un cas unique!
Les Monts Luisants sont vastes et correspondent géographiquement à un ensemble qui du pied de la colline - assez élevée et pentue en ce lieu - aux limites des résineux est parsemée d'une terre toujours plus pauvre et calcaire à mesure que le sol s'élève. Ce substrat argilo-calcaire mêlé en certains endroits parfois de limon et de sables scintille de mille feux lors des soleils de printemps, ce qui lui a probablement donné son nom.
