This week, I delved back into Ableton Live 12‘s Roar Audio Filter. While I found it challenging the last time, my experience with it went much smoother this time around. I‘ve learned that it‘s crucial to use Roar sparingly; certain settings can create significant distortions in sound quality.

I tried to minimize these distortions, but I also realized that they can yield fascinating sounds. It‘s all about finding the right balance. Roar requires a bit more learning time compared to other audio filters, which is definitely noticeable in the process. During WAV52 | 48 I utilized the C Bhairav scale.
