Ingrown-Enigmatronic

Contrasting with Enigmatronic, this is a beat track thats in your face, with all percussion samples created from a single trumpet sample.  An old track from 2005 screaming "Next Year, I'm Going to the Grand Canyon!"

This is an improv, with multiple runs.  Beats First, then a few runs with different synths, the arpegio was synched to the click and was improvised as well, the Korg Z1 was fresh into the studio.  2005:  Chicago

Crocodile Creek

One of my personal favourites, not the best production but full on sandblast power!  This track was made in several different versions and mixes, with this one packing the most punch, as well as being the less confusing.  I had added guitar, other synth overlaps, but it was just too busy.

Ingrown is the works of Haralambos Babaletskos, with works dating back to the late 90's under the name of "Verrueckt", then later collaborated with K. Wyland (Killter, Komposset) and Patrick Lawrence (Killter) in the early 2000's under the name "Killter".  Ingrown features a multitude of styles and sounds, from noisy beats, ambient soundscapes, sometimes indusrial and often melodic and serene.  

Between about 75-80 recordings made between 2001 through 2007, a collection of 13 original tracks was put together to form the self-released album "Phonomena".  It is a collection of a varied spectrum of sounds.  "Phonomena" pretty much sums up the spectrum of sounds and styles Haralambos Babaletskos has created.  

"Phonomena" was released in major online music stores on Friday, February 22, 2013
