However, he is supported by his fuel truck friend, Chug. Dusty and Chug train for qualifiers for the upcoming Wings Around the Globe Rally. On the night before the qualifiers, Dusty asks an elderly navy war plane named Skipper Riley to teach him how to fly well, but Skipper declines. But the question still stands, what are the steps to turn the instrument track into sheet music in Music Studio and print it out?? What buttons do we press to unlock the scoring elements in Midi editor, and how do we get the track into midi editor so it can be turned into sheet music??


For a simple wav to midi conversion program such as intelliscore, the price is $88 ($40 cheaper)... and it will spit out sheet music. This makes Samplitude Music Studio totally worthless! I was told to upgrade to Samplitude because it converts a wav file to midi and scoring was much simpler and straightforward.

Help, Music makers sound in the program is completely fine, it's when i go out of the program to view or listen to videos or music, it will cancel the audio completely. So I have to restart my computer to get sound back. How do I fix this ???

I use MMM Premium for simple things, like quick recording, using Soundpools, quick dubbing or adding music to videos (see my tutorial on this), and Samplitude Pro X2 for more complex projects, especially where I want to vary the tempo. Samplitude Pro X2 is probably overkill for what I do.

, it seems to be [to me] geared more towards taking the pre-made "Samples" (pieces of music or sounds) and place them how to you want, adjusting their Pitch (high or low sound) and adding Effects to them, to create your songs. Coming with a huge amount of samples, you can purchase additional sound samples (from MAGIX or anywhere else really) and use them, as well.

The most preferred P2Y12 antagonist was clopidogrel, used by 75% of respondents and introduced on day 1 after surgical revascularization (71%). The routine duration for DAPT is 12 months, which 78% of the respondents preferred. The main reason for not starting DAPT in those surveyed was the bleeding risk associated with DAPT (72%).


Conclusions: 
 The survey uncovered variation in the use of DAPT after CABG. However, DAPT remains the preferred strategy after CABG in the UK. The study highlighted the need to develop standardized protocols for DAPT after CABG.


Gastric bypass surgery has become an increasingly recognized treatment option for individuals suffering from morbid obesity. However, no previous empirical studies have examined the beliefs and attitudes of primary care physicians with regard to this type of intervention. Using a cross-sectional survey approach, we queried 99 primary care physicians about their beliefs and attitudes. With the exception of queries about insurance coverage, the response patterns evidenced a clear majority for most items. For several items, there were some interesting inconsistencies, which may suggest physician ambivalence. In the final analysis, 84% of respondents supported the recommendation of gastric bypass surgery for qualifying patients. However, there was a significant gender difference, with female physicians being less supportive than male physicians. We discuss the implications of these results.


Cell phone use in the U.S. has increased dramatically over the past decade and text messaging among adults is now mainstream. In professions such as perfusion, where clinical vigilance is essential to patient care, the potential distraction of cell phones may be especially problematic. However, the extent of this as an issue is currently unknown. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to (1) determine the frequency of cell phone use in the perfusion community, and (2) to identify concerns and opinions among perfusionists regarding cell phone use. In October 2010, a link to a 19-question survey (surveymonkey.com) was posted on the AmSECT (PerfList) and Perfusion.com (PerfMail) forums. There were 439 respondents. Demographic distribution is as follows; Chief Perfusionist (30.5%), Staff Perfusionist (62.0%), and Other (7.5%), with age ranges of 20-30 years (14.2%), 30-40 years (26.5%), 40-50 years (26.7%), 50-60 years (26.7%), >60 years (5.9%).
