Tokyo-based producer, remixer and composer Initial Talk, together with PYN from Amsterdam, have recorded a new track called “Weekend Love”.

"Weekend Love" captures the nostalgic energy of late '80s and early '90s dance floors, blending the iconic sounds of retro House and Eurodance with a subtle Synthwave twist. The infectious chorus immediately draws listeners in, evoking the vibrant, carefree atmosphere of a classic '90s dance club.The song celebrates the playful dance of romance, perfectly balancing the thrill of the moment with the uncertainty that love often brings. Initial Talk was born out of a passion for pop culture from the 80s, 90s, and 00s. In late 2017, his unofficial remix of Dua Lipa's "New Rules" went viral, leading to an official release by Warner Music UK. Since then, he has provided remixes for artists such as Kylie Minogue, Sia, Erasure, Sigrid, and others. His super cheesy retro remixes have been featured in Billboard, The Fader, The Guardian, NME, Popjustice, as well as added to Spotify’s official playlists like New Music Friday (US, UK, Sweden etc), Pop Rising, Night Pop.

Synth-pop and nu-disco artist and producer PYN toured with Kim Wilde and released her debut album 'Beat Drama' in 2023.
