I always thought that "Bow Wow" vocal effect part sounded kinda robotic, so I decided to lean into it. But then the song sounded like it was about robots gaining sentience and rebelling against mankind. So I leaned into that and this is why we're here.

I thought it was time to tackle Chrysalis and the changelings, while trying a few different techniques. Tuning the vocal samples was difficult, but the result was well worth the time. I might have to try that again later...

As I'm writing this, I'm putting in the finishing touches on the album. I've got a lot of work ahead of  me IRL, though. I'll try to get it out around Easter. So sorry for the delays, but remastering and messing with my old songs was a big undertaking and I decided to do a few more things as well. Hopefully, it'll all be worth it in the end.

So, I've always said I don't do remixes. But repurposing stems and samples to create something new is something I can do. Thus this rewrite of one of the strongest songs in the film.
Plus, it gave me an excuse to lower my BPM to a mere 100. Who expected that?

With the passing of John TotalBiscuit Bain, the death of all my heroes came crashing down on me and I simply had to write a proper tribute.

This goes to John Bain, Lemmy Kilmister, David Bowie, Alan Rickman, Dolores O'Riordan, Chester Bennington, Carrie Fisher, Ronnie James Dio, Freddy Mercury,  Christopher Lee and every other fallen giant to join the halls of the great beyond.
